Over the last five years, a true renaissance has taken place at Priory. Our beautiful campus, nestled against the Windy Hill foothills, now features state-of-the-art modern facilities that will provide generations of students with the right tools to support our college preparatory cirriculum, while paying tribute to our Benedictine tradition of humility and modesty.

LaureL STREAM Center

Completed in January 2018, the LaureL STREAM Center is the crown jewel of the Priory campus. The 12,000-square foot center houses three state-of-the-art science labs, four art labs featuring: metals; glass and cereamics; painting and drawing; and a digital lab with a 3D printing farm.

The Sloss Family Maker Court boasts a glass skylight, making the space usable throughout the year regardless of weather conditions. The Harrison Family Terrace is enjoyed by the student body as a place to socialize, while highlighting artwork. The building also boasts two outdoor stations with working sinks in the Maker Court and on the Art Deck.

Benedictine Classrooms & Schilling Square

The 2016 Green Building Award-winning Benedictine Classrooms and Schilling Square are home to the Upper School.

Built to be a Net Zero Energy sustainable building, the Benedictine Classrooms feature 10 classrooms and a faculty lounge. During it's design, energy efficiency was paramount and it was built with the goal of generating more electricity than it consumes.

Schilling Square is an open space not only for student socializing and outdoor classroom use, but it is large enough to host all-school assemblies, events and activities.

Church Square

After decades of Middle Schoolers going between upper and lower campus for classes, Church Square was constructed to be a dedicated home for Priory's youngest students. A 2016 Green Building Award and Merit Best Educational Project--Gold Nuggest award-winning structure, the space features 14 classrooms, administrative offices, a faculty lounge, and a library and learning commons.

Franklin Garden Pavilion

Enhancing Priory's garden studies and sustainability program, the Franklin Garden Pavilion features a 75,000 square foot organic garden with 40 grow boxes, a 40-chicken coop, beehive and a 600 square foot pavilion. The pavilion houses an office, storage room and open-air central space utilized as an outdoor and cooking classroom, and a community gathering area.

Joe Montero Aquatic Center

Replacing the existing shallow pool, the Joe Montero Aquatic Center features a regulation sized pool with six lanes and is seven feet deep all around.

Trudelle Family Track

Opened in 2017, the Trudelle Family Track replaced a dirt rectangular running surface with a regulation sized all-weather track. In addition, it borders a multi-purpose grass field and is adjacent to the track house, which houses a locker room and large storage space for athletics.
