*Notice regarding Visits to Campus
Following statewide mandatory shelter-in-place directives due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Woodside Priory School campus is closed to prospective students and their families. Out of protection for our monastic and faculty community who reside on Priory's campus, we ask that visitors refrain from visiting campus at this time.

The Admissions Team is still available–we invite you to contact us by email and we'll schedule a time to speak with you. We are happy to help and answer your questions!

Please stay safe and be well.

Warmest regards,
The Priory Admissions Team

Open House

Open Houses at the Priory are wonderful opportunities for prospective families to experience Priory firsthand. The Priory hosts two Open Houses every fall: two for families interested in learning about our middle school and two for families interested in learning about our upper school. Families interested in attending an Open House are warmly invited to reserve their seats through their Ravenna account beginning immediately after the Labor Day holiday in September.

We begin our Open House program in the Performing Arts Center. Here attendees will hear from members of our administration, current students, and alumni about our academics, student life, and extracurricular opportunities. After this formal introduction, current students and parents will lead attendees through two 20-minute classes.
Open Houses conclude in Schilling Square, where attendees have an opportunity to speak with teachers from our different academic departments. At the Upper School Open House, we invite current Priory students, representing our many clubs and teams, to assist with questions about our student community. We offer a short tour of our dormitories following the day’s formal program for families interested in learning more about our boarding program.

*Please kindly note that Open Houses have a formal start time and require reservations. To sign up for an Open House, click the blue button on the top right that says Create a Ravenna Account. Once a Ravenna account is created, select Woodside Priory from the Regional Schools list and click Explore. Although attendance at an Open House is optional, additional information about registering is listed under the Open House application step. Due to a limited number of spaces, Open Houses are only open to students applying to the Priory in the current admissions cycle.

Campus Visit Program

Our Campus Visit Program allows you to spend the day with a Student Ambassador so that you have a better idea of what a typical school day is like at the Priory. Although our Visit program is optional, it is a wonderful opportunity to see our community in action.

Campus Visit Days are scheduled on most Mondays and Wednesdays beginning in mid-September and ending on January 8, 2020. We offer Visits on most Mondays and Wednesdays in the fall. For middle school visits, students visit from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm. Upper school students visit from 10:00 am to 1:20 pm. All student visitors will receive a tour of the campus and have an opportunity to sit in and participate in a class.

To sign up for a Campus Visit Day, click on the blue button in the upper right that says, "Create a Ravenna Account." Once you complete the Application Form (just biographical info) and pay the Application Fee, you will be able to sign up for a Campus Visitor Day. In order to accommodate as many visitors as possible, we only allow Campus Visit registration two weeks in advance.

*Note that except for unusual circumstances, individual tours are not available during the school year. Should a family not wish to have their child miss school, we warmly invite the family to attend an Open House.
