The Priory Chapel is the spiritual heart of the campus. The monastic community has daily prayers and services here, and the school community gathers in the Chapel once a week for song, prayer, campus news, and to hear speakers from within and outside the community. The Chapel is where good news is celebrated and sad news is faced together. (Following the 9-11 tragedy, an alumnus at college in New York City flew home to be in the Priory chapel.)
Religious Services on the Campus
The Benedictine monks celebrate mass daily at 7:15 a.m. Mass is also celebrated on selected days during the school year at student Chapel services.
The Campus Minister works with the monks and the student Retreat Team in planning school Chapel programs.
Students who wish to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation may make an appointment with one of the Benedictine priests.
